LEAP SECOND
If you had one second to change a fate, would you know what to do?
At the instant atomic time slips one second ahead of the Earth’s uneven spin, the seam between them tears. The world freezes for one real second. In that instant, destiny is held in suspension: gestures pause before contact, words hover before meaning, decisions stop just short of becoming action.
The core thesis of Leap Second is simple to state and demanding to execute: empathy is a form of intelligence, and time itself is the primary narrative material.
